ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. (WBTV) - Guns, drugs, and cash were seized when deputies from the Rowan Sheriffâs Office made a traffic stop on Wednesday. The traffic stop happened on Airport Road near Miller Road.
According to the report, deputies stopped a vehicle that they believed to be occupied by Damon Jermaine Blackwell Jr. Blackwell is a âknown gang memberâ and convicted felon who is known to possess firearms and narcotics.
