The St. Clair Rotary Club is writing a new chapter of literacy enhancement for Klecha Park, as the club is in the process of developing a storybook walk.
The St. Clair County Library System will present its second annual St. Clair Authorfest at the St. Clair Library branch and other venues throughout the city of St. Clair on Oct. 14.
