Jost Capito, 62, becomes CEO of the Williams F1 team on February 1.
Williams has gradually slid back through the F1 field and has won just one race in 16 seasons Pastor Maldonado s win in the Spanish Grand Prix of 2012.
Williams has been in a decline and recent years, finishing 10th for the last three seasons, despite using the competitive Mercedes engines.
Those who follow world news will know that Brexit means that Britain is leaving the European Union, flying the Union Jack flag, and dreaming that its future will be better on its own. A lot of British people are very patriotic.
