Kevin Lindke, a local social media figure who was arrested on a string of criminal charges last month, appeared in St. Clair County Circuit Court Monday, attempting to lower the bond that he alleged was unfairly keeping him in jail.
The 41-year-old is facing several charges including counts of stalking and aggravated stalking, unlawful posting of a message, and using a computer to commit a crime stemming from social media posts directed at two women involved in a child custody battle. He is also facing charges of resisting and obstructing a police officer and breaking and entering without the owner’s permission, which are connected to his arrest on March 3.
