several years but i found her to be a very good civil procedure professor and i actually really loved civil procedure, as a result of having her as a professor. now, i have to qualify that by saying that when you go to law school, grading is blind. so she wouldn t have known that i was a black student or a white student or an asian student. i was just a number, i was just a test in front of her that she gave a grade to and ended up giving me an a but as of late, these comments from her, i almost find it hard to get really upset about them because they re so comically racist, and so comically untrue that i almost feel sorry for her. like i wonder what has happened to her in the 20 years since i sat in her classroom that has led her down this truly gross and comical path of, you know, kkk vintage racism. so i love that you honed in on that point because i think that often when we look at examples of racism like this
