Texas dentists pay $3.1 million to resolve allegations they faked services provided for children, U.S. Attorney s Office says
The settlement also resolves allegations that the dentists submitted claims using Medicaid provider numbers misrepresenting the dentists who did the procedures.

Some Texas dentists and companies paid millions of dollars for a scam involving fake services provided for children, acting U.S. Attorney Prerak Shah of the Northern District of Texas announced Friday.
Two North Texas dentists, their dental management companies and some affiliated pediatric dental practices paid the United States $3.1 million to resolve allegations.
