Credit: ITV Channel TV Guernsey s travel and tourism sector will continue to receive financial aid until at least the end of June, the States of Guernsey Policy & Resources Committee have announced. It means affected businesses will get to claim back 80% of their employees minimum wage for another three months through the government s payroll co-funding scheme. Taxi companies will also receive continued salary support for workers, although this will be capped at 50%. A final decision on that reopening date is due from the Civil Contingencies Authority (CCA) tomorrow (17 March).
