Hotly-anticipated new-generation Rex to debut at the New York motor show in August
Subaru has confirmed the new-generation Subaru WRX will be officially unveiled at the New York motor show in August.
In a video teaser released by the Japanese car-maker overnight – the latest in a long drip-feed of promotional material – the 2022 Subaru WRX is depicted throwing up clouds of dust in an open paddock in scenes akin to Holden’s legendary Thunderstruck ute ad of 2001.
The teaser offers a couple of quick glances at the car’s black wheels, dual exhaust tips and rear diffuser.
