The university, which has been tracking cases, deaths and other data since the pandemic began, unveiled an online vaccine tracker Friday, showing the number of doses that each state has publicly reported administering. The Johns Hopkins tracker had information for just nine states as of Friday afternoon, though more U.S. states have begun administering these doses to frontline health-care workers and others. The data are being culled from individual states as they report it, said Beth Blauer, executive director of the Centers for Civic Impact at Johns Hopkins University.
