If you look at caucus night just by the numbers, matt strong was right. By the numbers theyve gathered, romney did win by eight votes. So he was technically correct at that point. The challenge for them is that because it was so so close, the closest it has ever, ever been in the history of the caucuses, that could change once they go through the certification process. A lawsuit against San Francisco Superior Court over its routine failure to uphold defendants’ right to a speedy trial is now in the hands of California’s Supreme Court. San Francisco has more than 1,100 cases past statutory time limits, and 115 of those defendants are languishing in jail without a conviction.
