Good evening. We begin this monday night with a deadly scene playing out in one of the most heavily guarded sites in the country. The headquarters for the National Security agency. The nsa. Out front, what appeared to be a driver. The officers at ft. Meade. Opening fire, two men in the suv hit, one of them killed. Authorities say this was no terrorism, but it was worrying and turned deadly. Jim avila on the scene. Reporter it was a wild scene played out in broad daylight. Two men driving this stolen darkcolored suv approached the main nsa entrance. And according to an nsa statement, ignored the guards orders to stop. They made it past the first gate, and barricades were immediately raised. Thats when nsa police in a patrol truck opened fire. Killing one of the men, and critically injuring the second.
