The National Gallery of Victoria will hope for a return to business as usual this December when it opens its annual summer blockbuster exhibition Gabrielle Chanel: Fashion Manifesto.
The exhibition, travelling from the Palais Galliera (aka the City of Paris Fashion Museum) where it closes this weekend, features more than 300 items including 100 garments, spanning her six-decade career all drawn from the Galliera s holdings, Chanel s heritage division, and loans from public museums and private collections.
