Nine United ISD campuses have been affected by a water line break on Monday, forcing the school district to dismiss all students and staff members at the campuses due to low water pressure.
The affected schools, according to a UISD press release are:
LBJ High School
Lamar Bruni Vergara Middle School
Los Obispos Middle School
Perez Elementary School
Notice is being sent to parents with children at school to pick up their students. All fourth-grade students who were scheduled to take the STAAR exam will be rescheduled to take the test on Friday at its regularly scheduled time, a social media post by the district states.
