Filing for city council candidates begins Tuesday, Dec. 5, at 8 a.m. and continues through Tuesday, Dec. 26 at 5 p.m.. You may file in the City Clerkâs office at City Hall, 201 S. Franklin Street, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to noon and 1-5 p.m., except for designated holidays and on Dec. 7 and 8.
