Effingham, IL -(Effingham Radio)- Until further notice, the members of the City of Effingham Plan Commission and City of Effingham Zoning Board of Appeals will be conducting their respective meetings using ZOOM with the meeting live streamed to the City of Effingham website at

The live stream is for viewing the meeting only and does not provide for Public participation. The live stream has a delay so it takes a few minutes to be displayed – and in the past, there have been technical difficulties that delayed the live stream even further.
