According to the initial draft agenda, a total of 544 new residential living spaces will be presented to the commission, including: The conversion of the existing building at 1813 Main St in downtown Columbia to a 26-unit multifamily apartments and commercial mixed-use property. Development of approximately 94.3 acres located at the intersection of Garners Ferry and Old Garners Ferry roads (8025 and 8041 Garners Ferry Rd) to a 368-lot single-family residential subdivision called Garners Mill.
