University of Wisconsin-Superior’s Music and Theatre Departments collaborated to present the operetta “Die Fledermaus,” a free virtual performance, available to stream until June 5. This operetta is full of mistaken identities, jail-evasion, a grand party and harmless fun. After much frivolity, this great farce ends up with a happy ending for all. Online registration is now open for the Chippewa Triathlon, which is scheduled for Saturday, June 12, in the Chippewa National Forest near Cass Lake, Minn. The triathlon includes a 14-mile canoe route, 27-mile mountain bike course and 5-mile run, all through the national forest.
