BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) â According to the City of Buffalo Department of Public Works, plows won t begin to clear side streets until Sunday morning.
During a virtual press conference, DPW Commissioner Michael J. Finn said there are 30 plows working to clear snow from primary and secondary roads throughout the city.
In order to keep the plows clearing as much snow as possible, the city is asking people to avoid unnecessary travel.
If Saturday was your scheduled trash day, the city is asking for you to leave your trash on the curb. The city will be around on Sunday or Monday to finish trash pickup.
