The City of Big Rapids will hold a public hearing on its 2023-2024 fiscal year budget tonight at city hall as part of the city commission meeting.   During Study session, City Treasurer Carla Staffen will present the budget to the commission before the public hearing begins. Officials from the Big Rapids housing commission will also present its housing report, Community development director Michelle Stenger will present a master plan update.   During general business, commissioners will take action on a resolution declaring a charter revision and establishment of Charter Revision Commission.
