During a short meeting Monday, the Chanute City Commission reorganized and selected the mayor of Chanute in Jacob LaRue and vice mayor in Tim Fairchild for 2024.
Voters selected Tim Fairchild, Tim Egner and Larry Taylor to four-year terms on the Chanute City Commission, according to unofficial election results from the Neosho County Clerk’s Office.
