أعلن البنك المركزي الأوروبي، أنه سيبدأ مراقبة أداء شركات وبنوك الاستثمار الكبرى التي يمثل انهيارها خطرا على النظام المالي ككل، مع إقرار التغييرات التشريعية اللازمة لذلك.
وبحسب بيان صادر عن البنك أمس، فإن أي شركة تزيد قيمة أصولها على 30 مليار يورو “35.8 مليار دولار” وتقوم بالاكتتاب أو تداول المنتجات المالية لحسابها الخاص فستكون ملزمة بالحصول على ترخيص للعمل المصرفي في ظل القانون الجديد الذي يبدأ تطبيقه في منطقة اليورو خلال الأسبوع الحالي.
