hole. dylan, just go to the city of chicago and ask them what happened to the parking meters. this was obviously a city function for decades, generations, which was ultimately sold to a private entity for 75 years. it changed things dramatically and very quickly. one of the things it changed was the cost to park on the streets of chicago, and the increased cost at the parking lots, because as the parking meters went up, the parking lots raised their charges, as well. so for travelers and consumers and people in the city of chicago, it s an added expense. what the city received and returned was supposed to be a rainy-day fund for this 75-year lease. it turned out we fell on hard times and spent the money and the rainy-day fund is gone and the meter concession is there for another 70 years plus. so you see what happens here when you take an asset, a public asset owned by the taxpayers, and turn it over on the private side.
