EDWARDSVILLE S. M. Wilson & Co. is celebrating the 100th year anniversary of the construction management and general contracting firm with the opening of new locations Edwardsville and Cape Girardeau.
S. M. Wilson was founded in 1921 in Granite City.
“In 2019, we launched a new strategic plan focused around providing our clients with an amazing experience. With the new office locations, we can be closer to our clients providing them more value and a personalized experience,” said Amy Berg, president.
The Edwardsville office at 222 1st Ave, Suite A, is managed by senior project manager Kerry Lorts who has been with the firm for 10 years managing projects such as City Foundry STL and BJC Campus Renewal. A Edwardsville native, Lorts is currently overseeing the new Highland Public Safety Building.
