Valenzuela Residents With NCAP Traffic Violations Granted With NCAP Relief

Valenzuela City’s 8th City Council approved Ordinance No. 901, Series of 2021, or the “NCAP Relief Ordinance” granting incentives and relief on all traffic violations incurred by Valenzuela City residents under its “No Contact Apprehension” Program from March 17, 2020 until May 14, 2021 or at the end of the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ).
