City Reopens West Hollywood City Hall

Canyon News WEST HOLLYWOOD- On Monday, July 26, the City of West Hollywood announced that they will reopen West Hollywood City Hall along with their new reservations system for in-person services by appointment. Walk-in services will not be permitted. The City has launched an appointment portal on its website at www.weho.org/appointments. Appointments may be scheduled in advance for in-person meetings with a staff member from one of eight City Divisions: Cashier/Revenue Services, Building and Safety, Code Compliance, City Clerk, Current and Historic Preservation Planning, Parking, Engineering, and Rent Stabilization and Housing. Assistance details for Social Services Division are also available on the appointments page. Some Divisions will also provide opportunities to schedule time-specific appointments for virtual services to be conducted by video conference or by phone.

Daily Monitor Monday January 25 2021 Ugandans have been electing their leaders at various levels in a process that kicked off on January 11 with the Special Interest Groups (SIGs) polls for councillors at Sub-county/Town and Municipal Divisions.  On January 12, elections for SIGs councillors at municipal/city divisions were held followed by the voting for President, directly elected Members of Parliament and Woman MPs on January 14.  Ugandans were back at polling stations on January 20 to elect their Local Council 5  chairpersons/district councillors, city mayors/councillors. Today is voting day for Municipal Mayors and Councillors, marking one of the last elections as few positions are left on the election calendar to be completed early next month.
