As electeds voiced concern that plans to shut down the notorious jail complex are behind schedule, Mayor Adams said Monday that the city should consider a 'plan B.'
“I have been considering it, but I don’t want to say anything more,” Elizabeth Holtzman, an 80-year-old former congresswoman, Brooklyn district and city comptroller, told the Daily News on Monday.
