市議員謝志忠、王立任、張玉嬿、黃守達說，昨日中央宣布全台7／27起至8／9日，防疫降至二級警戒，全台23個縣市幾乎都已做出決策；從公布降級至今已經過22小時，全台只剩台中市與宜蘭市尚未公布餐廳是否開放內用？台中更是六都唯一目前仍在做研議的都市。
謝志忠說，餐飲開放內用與否牽涉民眾生計與配套措施。就餐廳而言，必須及早準備空間的安排，隔板及相關器具配置，員工防疫專業訓練及食材準備；餐廳員工要調整生活工作節奏，準備回到職場上工；市民在防疫期間，家中自己開伙很多，現在到市場一次要買多少量等？大家都很需要及早做準備。
