william rhineman is out on bond. the indictment claims he tampered with evidence where two high school football players raped a 16-year-old girl. prosecutors are planning to file a motion to remove the judge from aaron hernandez s case but not given a reason why. hernandez was called to the stand during a pretrial hearing on wednesday. the judge asking him about a potential conflict of interest. one of the lawyers works with the wife of one of the prosecutors. hernandez said he did not have a problem with that. a federal judge is sed to sentence kilpatrick on tax evasion among other charges. they want a minimum hall saying shal was for sale while he was in office and they want him to pay back more than $10 million in profits he made steering city
