Seeing inferior framing that is shown on the plans to remain, and it cant because its inferior, they should contact the department of building inspection, get an inspector out there, we will actually issue an inspection notice. The project would have to go back to planning, and that changes the democounts, and thats a process that we have in place for those types of projects. Were trying to get away from people saying oh, it was rotten. We just took it down and ask for forgiveness. Were actually calling people ahead of time and making sure they dont get into that situation.
