A standing-room-only crowd heard members of the Elkhorn City council provide an update on the financial crisis facing the city during a Feb. 20 special meeting at city hall.
An overflow crowd necessitated the special called Elkhorn City council meeting February 5 to be moved from city hall to the Elkhorn City Community Center.
