No decision or debate is expected Thursday night when it comes to the multi-use indoor turf facility.
Thunder Bay city council along with staff will be on the call for a non-business gathering, which allows administration to present its options for the facility, though council members will not be able to debate, decide or vote on any options.

Council decided in late March not to award the tender to the Tom Jones Corporation by a vote of 7-5.
