Locally owned business City Chix Boutique is following the trends of trying to give people what they are looking for this holiday season at her location at 1102 Railroad Ave. in Portland.
City Chix is a small boutique that sells clothes, jewelry and kitchen goodies. According to executive manager Carrie Doreck her business like many others was impacted by the pandemic.
âIt was very hard because City Chix here we had to shut down, she said. We were not an essential business.â
