hear is about six hours by car. we talked with a couple this morning that took them 14 hours as the main road in a giant traffic jam in, the u.n. committee for refugees say it s a record so far as of yesterday, some 50,000 refugees pouring over the polish and moldovan borders. that is the border with romania. you have many people trying to flee this country at least on the polish side setting up some temporary housing to deal with the ukrainian refugees. they established a medical train to get any injured ukrainians to the medical care that they need. the fighting has been most intense to the east up here. in the capital city of kyiv, it has manifest largely in the form of small arms fire going straight to street, artillery fire and some missile rockets, one of them hitting a high-rise apartment building.
how this comes out, they have lost. they absolutely are that way. everybody around the world is taking note that this small afghanistan trained in season force is leading a fight and they are led brilliantly by this man who is with his people refusing to leave. it is really quite inspiring. one of the things i would pass on is i have been in touch with the senior leader and defense in the ukraine that i am close to. he advises me that small groups of russian soldiers have now taken on ukrainian uniforms. they are trying to infiltrate kyiv that way now. that s a clear violation of the law of conflict which is the desperation on the russian forces side. that is a clear violation and a huge lack of confidence they are. i m wondering, no one is saying that this is not a mismatch but i guess what you re saying here is because russia didn t show

it doesn t seem like russia is showing that kind of dominance. they aren t. and i have to say this, every day that zelenskyy is outdoing selfies and videos on the streets of kyiv is a day that the ukrainians can count as another chance for their democracy, for their freedom, to survive. and every day that goes by the putin has not. he did not take one single city by reports that are coming out just in the last hour. that is bad news for putin because he can t point anything as progress. esn i want to go over the list with colonel davis as i did. major control centers have not been taken out, no population centers taken out, russian hasn t russia has not knocked out ukraine s air and missile defense. a lot of things people would say if you are vladimir putin you have to be looking at momentum and thinking we are losing it. we do not have the momentum right now.
