extensive work put in the very den densely inhabited city areas. and our system in the central valley, it s not the coast. my friends on the coast have certainly been slammed by this storm. it s devastating to watch. i want to put up a map of the central valley which spans a roughly 400-mile-long stretch through the middle of the state. all four of these colored regions are part of the central valley, and, too, are numerous rivers and streams. at the end of all of this, the water dropped from these storms, it has to go somewhere. you know, are there any plans in the works to expand the wa waterways, giving some sort of run off from these storms? is that even possible? it s possible. it s necessary. and work is being done. it s a challenging it s a challenging effort and strategy
hear that it is really dangerous, because in mykolaiv you always feel this sense of grave danger even when it is quiet outside. so we go, yeah to the first floor usually or we stay inside when the sounds far away because, as i understand, as i know, the most damaged areas in the city are the outskirts and some suburbs. and all those city areas which are close to kherson, kherson is a temporary occupied city in the south of ukraine as well. so the russian occupiers are shelling mykolaiv from this city. that s why these regions are damaged most of mykolaiv. and they have a few shellings in the city center and to some other parts of the city. but, we usually yeah, we usually stay inside or go to the
reasons for this are multi faceted as other analysts have said. the big thing here is terrain. this is a lot hillier than we think it is and up here it s also a very hilly terrain. it s very different from other parts of the country. what this means is the russians are going to have to figure out how to go through each of these city areas because if they don t do it, then they re going to run into even more difficulties, more difficulties in terms of logistics, in terms of troop moral, in terms of the ability to move things forward and that is a considerable drag on their forces and their ability to do things. will russia s first plan to take ukraine didn t work, colonel. are they stalled now because they re working out a plan b? is that what is happening? yes, they are definitely working out a plan b because they re adaptive. even though they re looking at different things and we ve seen them kind of stalled out here
are not going to try to make anything better. right now they are doubling down and they are going back and blaming everyone else a set blaming themselves. right now we could be energy independent, they don t even want to do that. we can start doing things for ourselves, they don t even want to do that. they want to hurt georgia, they want to hurt the america people so they seem to be doubling down to make this country terrible and putting a second. america is not second and i m not going to settle for that. there s a reason i got in the race. i m not going to settle for second place. this is the greatest country in the world. laura: what your message to african american voters in georgia, many of whom have suffered failing schools, increased crime rates and in city areas especially, what s your message and what can republicans do to reach out? i think what republicans can do to reach out is first of all get better messaging in the sense of letting them know that what they what
