While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, City Administrator Stu McRae gave listeners good news in regard to Sales and Use Tax numbers.
According to the City, Sales and Use Taxes in Sheridan County for March of 2021 are up 16% over March 2020.

Internet tax for March of 2021 is up 47.8% over March of 2020. Internet tax for the year to date is up 43.3% over March of last year.
Due to a winter with low snowfall, the City of Sheridan was also able to save some funds in the coffers, but unable to execute a test for a new snow removal plan developed to improve efficiency, McRae said.
