first of all, they re not kicking immigrants out, they re kicking illegal immigrants out and i love how the left always conflates the two. there s a big difference and in fact legal immigrant serves some of the staunchest opponents of the illegal immigrants including the one who have been deported multiple times for it if you re going to say is you re arguing that gang members who happen to be citizens shouldn t be rounded up in his eyes rates, maybe you re presenting the real issue, which is that illegal criminal aliens are operating not just along the border has many seem to think but in cities across the country and they re working with gangs inside the cities with criminal illegal aliens that work hand-in-hand. the goal of genesis apartment was to go after these guys to make sure that communities including undocumented agreements immigrants who aren t engaged in violent crime are protected from repeat offenders, criminal aliens, homicide which by the way the obama administration
say, though, is that a top priority needs to be giving illegal aliens a pathway to citizenship. we have to deal with the 11 million individuals who are here illegally. we all agree that these men and women should have to earn their way to citizenship. but for comprehensive immigration reform to work, it must be clear from the outset that there is a pathway to citizenship. the president also said that citizens shouldn t have to wait years for their families to join them here in the states, and that is where the differences between the president s ideas and the bipartisan group s ideas come to light. the bipartisan group in the senate wants to make sure our border with mexico is secure before offering people who cross that border illegally green cards. if this endeavor becomes a bidding war to see who can come up with the easiest, quickest and cheapest pathway to green card possible, this thing is not going to go well,
