They will hook up one of those giant sandbags to that cable thats below the helicopter and then this chop era long with all the others out here doing this taking part in this operation. They will lift that sandbag and then place it right there in the area of the emergency spillway that is erod ing and causes so much concern. That helicopter just lifted off taking another sandbag. This operation has been going on nonstop throughout the night and this is important work. They are working here with in a very narrow window. They know that more rain is coming on thursday. The other aspect of this operation is trying to got as much water as they can out of lake orrville. State water officials are releasing millions of gallons of water a minute over that main concrete spillway. We have to look at it from down below early this morning.
