that is to be determined. what is your concern about the concerns in the moon, in space, and lunar? they are secretive. there is no openness at all for their space program. they do not want to cooperate. and it is, primarily, a military program as well as a civilian. they will tell you, that is not true, but, in fact, it is. chinese president, xi jinping, has talked, four years, about transforming china into a leading space power by 2045. military, and civilian space experts caution it, is outpacing the u.s.. they are modernizing their own space capabilities, and it is the robotic post on the far side of the moon and, it is invisible with u.s. satellites.
