Roberto Garcia and Cirilo Contreras got into an altercation behind Alerus Bank, according to a criminal complaint. Contreras died of a fatal brain injury.
(Fargo, ND) A man wanted in connection to a homicide in Fargo has been caught in the Twin Cities.
