Fairford news: New management at Italian restaurant Colosseo | Wilts and Gloucestershire Standard

Fairford news with Chris Roberts CARMINE di Liso, who previously owned La Dolce Vita in Cirencester, is the new manager at Colosseo Ristorante having taken over from Zeus and Giuseppe. Carmine says the new Colosseo team aims to use all fresh produce – they buy in fresh fish and their meat is sourced by Andrew Butler in Fairford. All food is freshly prepared to order, but at present, due to Covid-19 restrictions, they only offer starters, pasta and pizzas to take away. There is a brand new menu waiting for when things get back to normal. To order any takeaway food, call 01285 239238 between 5pm-9pm.
