The homes are part of the Circus Street development in Brighton and will add to the city’s skyline due to their towering height. All the accommodation at Circus Street is designed to be highly energy efficient.
Developer U I are behind the Circus Street scheme Rob Sloper, development director at U+I, sees the completion is a significant moment for the city. He said: “Completing the new homes at Circus Street is an important step as part of the transformation of this strategically important site as we look forward to the opening of the new office and dance space later this year.”
