The Circle Project Association is in the process of renovating an old Conexus Credit Union building into a Community and Cultural Hub in Regina’s North Central. Executive Director Ann Perry says the building, on the corner of 5 th and Elphinstone, will allow the organization to serve the community better. “We obviously have selected that area of the city because that is one of the most hard-pressed areas in the city, and most of the people that we serve are from that area,” said Perry. “So, our relocation there makes sense.”
