Meaning hes cutting a ton out of the report based on the fact that its grand jury information. That immediately calls to question as to whether or not that grand jury information is being properly withheld from congress or whether somebody should be asking a court to allow congress to see that stuff. William barr could do that himself as attorney general. Conceivably Robert Mueller could do that as special counsel.
