Cindy Herron,
took the stage for one of their first performances this year after months of not working due to COVID-19.
Cindy tells ABC Audio their appearance was a memorable and “fun” experience.
“A career highlight [in] 2020 for us…was the
Billboard Music Awards because we had not worked in about eight months,” says Herron. “It was a lot of fun and it was just such a great thing for us to do after having so much time off.”
While the pandemic has cancelled or postponed concerts and performances across the world, the iconic girl group has been busy planning to release new music: “We hope that we’re able to produce something for 2021. Stay tuned, for sure,” says Rhona.
