A COLWYN Bay woman is conquering her fear of heights by skydiving to raise funds for St David’s Hospice. Cindy Griffiths, aged 44, who is an occupational therapist, underwent three lots of surgery in 2019 and this made her reflect on how precious and short life is. As a result, she has set herself a challenge to conquer three fears; swimming in the sea, riding a motorbike and being able to stroke a cat. Cindy said: “I tackled these fears and now swim in the sea, the first time was near Caernarfon. I now have passed my CBC motorcycle licence and can hold a cat.”
