Our job to put undo strain on businesses that are long established and have a repport in the neighborhood and are looking to do something that is really mild, we are talking about an up scale and very expensive steakhouse and i pds that it is i understand that if good for one it should be good for all, but also think that this commission in its early days had a discussion about not putting undo stress on applicants for permits and that is why we grant conditionally and we dont make them come back after all of their signoff and stuff like that. And so, although, i see your point, and in most cases i would agree with you in this particular case, i do not. On my time during the commission, i know that we have added a condition that says that we approve, and allowed our staff to make that judgment whether they felt like the neighborhood out reach has been sufficient. Good morning. Little cooler out there compared to the last few days. Lets say hello to less rosemary. The clouds more widespread a live look overs. The man reason layer is thicker. The on shore breeze is kicking in and the cooling trend will kick into high gear. Lets look at the cloud cover out there this morning. This will burn off and the future model in the next hit when i expect the cloudses to clear out. For the morning they will be with us. I would like to see more neighborhood out reach, personally. I mean, i just feel like if we are going to hold other people to it that we should hold everyone to it and i would like to see at least some sort of Neighborhood Group actually before we grant the permit to be honest.
