The owner of the honda was his way to the Police Department to report his car was stolen when he actually noticed it on the road. I sell your car and i was like what . 1 mile down the road is where the owner who is in a minivan at the time cut off the man driving his honda, forced him out of his car and that is when chaos arrested. He found his car. Pulled the guy over, and beat the crap out of them. He is charged with taking a vehicle without permission. Waiting for authorities to come take possession of the suspect and suspect vehicle. We have not seen them go into the van. I believe they need a search warrant for that.
