More than 80 people signed up to speak including the head of the Boys & Girls Club and organizers of the Flying Pig. For example, the city is proposing $125K for the Black Lives Matter mural outside City Hall, $250K for Winton Hills Shot Spotter, $500K for AC upgrades, $800K for a downtown LED board and much more.
