Cincinnati city leaders hear ideas from the public about spending latest round of stimulus funds

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Cincinnati city leaders held a public hearing Monday to listen to ideas about how best to use funds from President Bidenâs American Rescue Plan.
More than 80 people signed up to speak including the head of the Boys & Girls Club and organizers of the Flying Pig.
For example, the city is proposing $125K for the Black Lives Matter mural outside City Hall, $250K for Winton Hills Shot Spotter, $500K for AC upgrades, $800K for a downtown LED board and much more.
