ESB Networks is continuing with its Dingle Project, an initiative which is trialling the use of new, cleaner and greener technologies on the West Kerry peninsula.
This includes retrofitting homes and businesses with cleaner technologies, such as solar panels, air source heat pumps, EVs and smart immersion controls.
Despite the effects of the pandemic, the Dingle Project is still ongoing.

Trialling electric vehicles (EVs) is a large part of the initiative.
I first spoke to Ciaran Geaney, Dingle Project ICT Lead, and asked him for a reminder about the project on the Dingle Peninsula.
