File photo NAGPUR: Union minister for transport and MSMEs Nitin Gadkari exhorted local businessmen to think big, adding that his own venture had achieved business of Rs 1,300 crore. He was speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony of a common facilitation centre for auto and engineering industries at Hingna estate of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation on Sunday. “I am sorry to say but the investment of Rs 12 crore for the Centre being set up here is peanuts. It should be at least Rs 200 crore,” he said, adding that the turnover of his business has grown by Rs 200 crore in two years. In 2018, while addressing the foundation day function of MIDC Industries Association, Gadkari had said his sons’ business had touched Rs 1,100 crore.
